Extremely poor work done for cieling fixing
The cieling fixed today is uneven and cracks are visible with uneven bumps and marked. Couldn’t expect this is mplus work. Pathetic !!!

Terrible service
Opened a service ticket back in October. No show yet No calls from local coordinator. Rudeness from support staff when called. Utter waste of time

AC IS STILL NOT COOLING PROPERLY
3 visits so far and the AC is still not cooling! You changed the parts and I paid 1550 Dirhams and yet the problem is still there.
You're unable to fix the problem, so I claim my money back!

Complain about service team
Mplus team left open water tab on my roof after finishing maintenance work with my AC.
Water was leaking on the rooftop over 5 hours and water pump running continuously.
I expecting 50% discount for next Mplus service in my villa.

Faulty Spares
Your company has been attending to My AC since Oct last year and i still don't have a functioning AC, and have to call your team every two months as something or the other goes wrong. You guys don;t forget the call out charges but are interested in doing the job properly. You have replaced the compressor of the AC in June 2015 with a "NEW" one but now in August it has broken down and your team says need to replace the compressor and charge me for it. I feel you guys are a big rip off

Get it right the first time
I am writing to express my disappointment in your air con maintenance team.
I called up for them to check my air con which was not cold and the team came to check it out last Tuesday- 11 August. They said it just needed to be cleaned. Air con was still not cold but thought to wait it out and let it run a little as the villa had been empty for a couple of weeks.
Called again and team came on Saturday, 15 August and told me that the compressor and several other parts needed fixing.

APPOINTMENT TIMINGS??????
Why do MPlus agree a time of 12-4pm to come to your house for repairs when the Municipality does not allow them to come between 12-3pm. Surely your customers should be aware of this instead of waiting at home for someone who will never arrive before 3pm. Also, why do MPlus totally ignore the feedback they ask for??????? I have written on this portal many times but never had the courtesy of a reply..................

Their Concept of service is a Joke
Picture this: We call for A/C Maintenance. Everything runs smoothly. Appointment is done, they show up, perform maintenance and Charge the not forgettable fee of 250+ AED. This doesn't work (the unit conitnues dripping). We call again for a follow-up service and they show up whenever they want (not calling in advance for an appointment) and coming up with an additional repair that costs 700+ AED (I wonder how didn't they figure this one out when they came for the first service?). They call one day at midnight and ask if they can show up and perform the work (Hilariuous!…
