Picture this: We call for A/C Maintenance. Everything runs smoothly. Appointment is done, they show up, perform maintenance and Charge the not forgettable fee of 250+ AED. This doesn't work (the unit conitnues dripping). We call again for a follow-up service and they show up whenever they want (not calling in advance for an appointment) and coming up with an additional repair that costs 700+ AED (I wonder how didn't they figure this one out when they came for the first service?). They call one day at midnight and ask if they can show up and perform the work (Hilariuous! You can imagine my response). Now it's been almost an entire week with no response from this "company", and we're still with no A/C in our master bedroom (thank God it is not summer). Make yourselves a favor and avoid this company altogether. If you decide to try them, you're up for a very, vvvvvvery frustrating experience. You've been warned!
