  1. 3 visits so far and the AC is still not cooling! You changed the parts and I paid 1550 Dirhams and yet the problem is still there.

    You're unable to fix the problem, so I claim my money back!

  2. At 1am I logged on. In desperation I created a new account.
    I had 5 emails from you this am.
    One saying request logged.
    One saying you have an account already
    One saying request cancelled
    One saying log in with your original account
    Why isn't there one saying
    Don't worry we will log you in and someone will be there today!!

  5. Why do MPlus agree a time of 12-4pm to come to your house for repairs when the Municipality does not allow them to come between 12-3pm. Surely your customers should be aware of this instead of waiting at home for someone who will never arrive before 3pm. Also, why do MPlus totally ignore the feedback they ask for??????? I have written on this portal many times but never had the courtesy of a reply..................
